The 2025 Stirrup Creek HOA annual assessment is $470.00 and due January 10th. If you have not received an invoice, please contact Lumina Community Management. Payments can be made via online payment via credit card below or via check. All transactions are handled securely. Payments are considered delinquent if not received by Feb 10th, 2025. Special Assessment payments are considered late if not paid on February 10th.

Per the Stirrup Creek HOA collection policy, and as allowed with the North Carolina Planned Community Act, a $20 per month fee is charged each month for delinquent payment of the annual assessment. This fee is included in the charge below for credit card payments. For example, payments made after February 1st will include a $20 late fee each month on top the $470 assessment, so payments after Feb 10th will be $490, after March 10th - $510 etc
